However, should there be an issue, SYIL offers you after sales service with swift and appropriate CNC service and CNC repair. We are always available for you through our hotline so that we can correct disturbances with a rapid, qualified CNC service action. Our English speaking CNC engineering team gives Skype, video and phone support for CNC machining center troubleshooting.

SYIL warrants that your machine is free from manufacturing and material defects. SYIL machines have a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase, based on normal use. The SYIL machine warranty covers defects in material and workmanship.

Warranty for Your CNC Machine

SYIL Machine Tools warrants that your machine is free from manufacturing and material defects.

Warranty

SYIL machines have a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase, based on normal use. 


If a problem occurs with a SYIL machine included in these warranty terms and the problem is caused by a manufacturing defect material or by workmanship; SYIL will repair your machine free of charge in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated here. To keep your machine warranty valid the machine needs to be used, maintained, and operated in compliance with SYIL safety and operating instructions.
Warranty is machine and customer dependent; warranty cannot be transferred to another person or company.

 

Workmanship

The SYIL machine warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. SYIL’s liability under this agreement shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at the discretion of manufacturer, parts or components. Shipment for items replaced under warranty is free, but the shipment method is at the discretion of SYIL.

 

Warranty does not cover:

  • Any damage caused by misuse, neglect in usage or maintenance, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, acids, water, unsuitable storage, excessive impact or transport damages.
  • Defects caused by spare parts, accessories or components other than SYIL original spare parts or accessories.
  • Tools that have been modified, repaired or attempted to repair (by others than SYIL authorized service personnel), partly or completely disassembled.
  • Any damage caused by dust collection due to neglect in usage or maintenance.

Parts repaired / replaced by a SYIL authorized service center within the one-year warranty period, carry a three-month warranty. Repairs performed during the warranty period do not lengthen or renew the original warranty period of the machine.

No other than SYIL has the authority to change, extend or add to given warranty terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms without prior notice.

This warranty does not cover compensations for downtime, production loss, injuries or property damages.

To submit a warranty repair claim, contact SYIL. A warranty claim must be submitted as soon as possible and within the warranty period.

Need clarification?

How long is the warranty period?

We provide one year warranty on our machines no matter what controller you select. The time starts from the point it is on the boat and the title passes on to you.

If you discover any quality issues with our machine, within your warranty period, we will replace the parts free of charge as long as you send the parts back to us. Your SYIL contact person will assist you.

Is there local support such as service contracts and breakdown callouts available?

We offer remote support worldwide. Upon request, we organize local indoor/on-site services when needed anywhere in the world.

Is an installation service available?

Being able to install your own machine is a huge cost saving. Most of our customers are able to do the installation themselves. In some cases, you do want the assistance of professionals. In the UK and the USA, will be able to offer installation services depending on your location. Get in touch to find out more.

Is training available?

Of course! We are able to assist you in learning to use your machine even over the internet. For a fee, our experience engineers and trainers will be able to guide you and teach you what you need to know. From maintenance, installation, programming, and CAD, we can cover it all.
Some more advanced topics may require specialists training which we are happy to arrange.
